Feature 1) To make tofu pudding, calcium gluconate is made by adding soy milk powder, which turns into liquid and solid pudding, sometimes called hot tofu. 2) As a drug, it can reduce capillary permeability, increase density, maintain normal excitability of nerves and muscles, enhance myocardial contractility, and contribute to bone formation.
