Description
Konjac gum is a white powder with a granularity from 40-120 meshes. It is highly viscous, transparent and easily soluble. This product is 80% dry base.
Konjac glucomannan, gum arabic, carrageenan, carboxymethyl cellulose and xanthan are common hydrocolloids used in the food industry.
With good bio compatibility and biodegradability, KGM gels have been widely used in food , pharmaceutical carriers, tissue scaffolds, absorbing materials and other fields.
