Nutritional sweeteners; Excipients; Dispersant; Flavor correction agent; Nutrients. Mainly used as an adsorbent and dispersant for powdered food pigments, reducing pigment concentration, facilitating use, and reducing discoloration during storage. Utilizing the characteristics of easy compression and low water absorption, it can be used as excipients such as compression tablets. Taking advantage of the low caramelization temperature of lactose (sucrose 163 ºC, glucose 154.5 ºC, lactose only 129.5 ºC), it is possible to obtain a deeper yellow to caramel color for certain special baked foods at lower baking temperatures. Other functions include preventing crystallization, reducing sweetness, preventing binding, and enhancing fragrance. For Baby food, candy and Margarine, etc. | ||
